Personality:Alan Salvatore isn't like the other Salvatores. He isn't stubborn and vicious like Damon, but he is also not like Stefan who is Kind, and Elizabeth, who is daring, bold, and dashing. Alan is just Alan, and he feels out of place, even though he's Elizabeth's and Adrian's young brother.

History: Alan Salvatore is the youngest Vampire of the Salvatore Family. He may be apart of the Salvatore Family, but he doesn't share the other's personalities like they do. He is also Elizabeth's and Adrian's younger brother. Adrian tries to get him to side with him to help destroy the town, but Elizabeth and the others tell him to avoid his brother no matter what. Alan is stuck in the middle of choosing something that could change his life, and Alan doesn't know what to do. He didn't even know he had an older brother because Stefan compelled him to forget because He saw Elizabeth beat him to death, and Liz didn't want Alan remembering that.

RP Sample: Alan needed some time alone. He didn't even want to tell the others about how he felt about this place. He didn't want to leave Mystic Falls, just like his sister Liz didn't, but here they were - In a gated community, where their's and the human's existence could be at peace together. Alan didn't know what to think about it. He didn't know what to think about a lot of things.

Alan's mind was racing, giving him images of the past. One image in particular was his brother, that he had never even met. Adrian Salvatore - A True Savior; A True Person. That's what was said on hi grave stone that Liz showed him. How could he have not known that he had an older brother? Alan couldn't put it together, unlike how Liz and the others would.
